Research on Chemical Coagulation Based Deep Phosphorus Removal Efficiency of Tailwater and Pharmaceutical Recovery Technology
The effluent of many sewage treatment plants to meet the national"Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant"(GB 18918-2002)A standard(effluent TP concentration≤0.5 mg/L).In order to ensure that the phosphorus removal process reached the standard,this study carried out research on tailwater depth phosphorus removal efficiency and reagent recovery technology based on chemical coagulation.With FeCl3,Fe2(SO4)3,AlCl3,Al2(SO4)3,Ca(OH)2 and CaCl2 as three types of phosphorus removal coagulants,the influence of initial pH and dosage of agent on the phosphorus removal effect was studied.The results show that the optimal pH values of FeCl3,Fe2(SO4)3,AlCl3,Al2(SO4)3,Ca(OH)2 and CaCl2 are 6,6,6,6,11 and 11,respectively.The optimal dosage was 5.0 mg/L,5.0 mg/L,2.1 mg/L,2.1 mg/L,10.0 mg/L and 10.0 mg/L.Based on the comprehensive comparison of dephosphorization effect and reagent cost,the optimal dephosphorization coagulant for tailwater depth is AlCl3.When aluminum salt is recovered from sludge,the optimal initial recovery pH is 2.5,and the recovery rate is 79.56%.
