Synthesis and Recognition Performance of Reaction-based Fluorescent Probe for Cu2+
A hemicyanine-based fluorescent probe 1 for Cu2+was designed and synthesized using the specific chemical reaction of Cu2+-promoted hydrolysis of the picolinate moiety.The experimental results show that fluorescent probe 1 not only is easily synthesized and water-soluble,but also has fast recognition speed,high sensitivity and good selectivity for Cu2+over other metal ions.
