摘要

高纯压缩氮气广泛应用于一些高端领域,这些领域对其质量要求非常高,一旦出现质量不合格事件,可能产生重大的损失.本文主要通过分析常见的高纯压缩氮气的不合格情形以及可能对客户和生产企业产生的影响,并结合高纯压缩氮气的生产工艺,从原料、气瓶准备、气瓶充装和分析四个环节来阐述高纯压缩氮气质量控制关键点,确保高纯压缩氮气质量稳定性,避免发生重大质量不合格事件.

Abstract

High-purity compressed nitrogen has a wide range of uses and very high quality requirements,and once there is a quality failure event,it will produce a large loss.In this paper,the quality control of high-purity compressed nitrogen is expounded from four links:raw materials,gas cylinder preparation,gas cylinder filling and analysis,by analyzing the common unqualified conditions of high-purity compressed nitrogen and the possible impact on customers and production enterprises,combined with the production process of high-purity compressed Nitrogen.
