基于虚拟现实的某核化工工艺系统退役技术路线分析

随着专业技术水平及装备成熟度的不断提升,核设施退役技术正逐渐向智能化、专业化发展.目前国内外已完成多个核化工厂房退役,积累了一定的技术经验,但是所使用装备技术相对传统,特别是对于热室、设备室等剂量水平较高、空间受限的场所,合理的退役方案设计以及实施难度依然较大,如何更有效、更可靠、更智能的完成核设施的退役是目前需要思考的重要方向.本文从某高剂量场设备室着手,引入虚拟现实平台,对工艺系统的退役技术路线进行分析并实施验证优化,结果表明虚拟现实技术对核设施退役应用是可行和必要的.
Analysis of Decommissioning Technical Route Analysis of a Nuclear Chemical Process System Based on Virtual Reality
With the continuous improvement of professional technical level and equipment maturity,the decommissioning technology of nuclear facilities is gradually developing towards intelligence and specialization.At present,many nuclear chemical plants have been decommissioned at home and abroad,and some technical experience has been accumulated.But the equipment technology used is relatively traditional,especially for the places with high dose level and limited space,such as hot room and equipment room.In this paper,a high dose field equipment room,the introduction of virtual reality platform,equipment room of the initial demolition of the technical route analysis and implementation of verification optimization,the results show that virtual reality technology for nuclear facilities decommissioning application is feasible and necessary.
