本论文讨论了交流杂散的来源、腐蚀机理、腐蚀特点,比较了国内外交流杂散的评价方法,以及国内对交流杂散的评价标准.基于工程实例,依据GB/T 50698-2011、SY/T 0087.6-2021 对阴极保护和交流杂散数据进行评判,分析阴极保护下交流杂散对管道破损处的影响.监测数据和现场开挖结果说明,阴极保护合格避免了交流杂散腐蚀;国家标准GB/T 50698-2011 对交流杂散的评判更具有实用性;阴极保护电位尽管不合格,管道中直流杂散干扰对交流腐蚀有一定的抑制作用;管道断电电位大于-850 mV时容易发生直流腐蚀.
The Impact of AC Stray Current on Pipeline Damage under Cathodic Protection
This paper discusses the sources,corrosion mechanisms,and corrosion characteristics of communication clutter,compares the evaluation methods of communication clutter at home and abroad,as well as the evaluation standards for communication clutter in China.Based on engineering examples,evaluate cathodic protection and AC stray data according to GB/T 50698-2011 and SY/T 0087.6-2021,and analyze the impact of AC stray on pipeline damage under cathodic protection.Monitoring data and on-site excavation results indicate that cathodic protection is qualified to avoid AC stray corrosion;the national standard GB/T 50698-2011 has more practicality in evaluating stray communication;although the cathodic protection potential is not qualified,the direct current stray interference in the pipeline has a certain inhibitory effect on AC corrosion;when the power outage potential of the pipeline is greater than-850 mV,direct current corrosion is prone to occur.
