摘要
为改善流域水环境质量,保障孟河镇新孟河小河水闸国考断面水质达到考核要求,抓住影响断面水质的重点区域和重点污染源,采取治本之策,加强污染源头治理,切实控污减排,使得小河水闸断面2021 年能稳定达到III类水质目标,2022 年至2025 年持续保持Ⅲ类标准,并保持稳中有升,不断趋于优化.
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of the water environment in the basin,guarantee the water quality of the national examination section of the Xiaohe River in Menghe Town to meet the assessment requirements,seize the key areas and key pollution sources that affect the water quality of the section,take curative measures,strengthen the treatment of pollution sources,effectively control pollution and reduce emissions,so that the section of the Xiaohe River can steadily reach the target of Class III water quality in 2021,and continuously maintain Class III standard from 2022 to 2025,and maintain a steady increase and continuous optimization
