摘要

目的:测定羧甲司坦片中淀粉含量.方法:用有机溶剂提取排除辅料的干扰,采用碘显色法,在可见波长588 nm处测定吸光度.结果:准确测定出羧甲司坦片中淀粉的含量为5.2%.结论:建立的淀粉检测方法可以准确、可靠地测定出羧甲司坦片中淀粉的含量.

Abstract

Objective:Determination of starch in Carbocisteine tablets.Methods:Remove the interference of excipients by organic solvent extraction,Using the iodine colorimetric method,The absorbance was measured at wavelength of 588 nm.Results:The content of starch in Carbocisteine tablets was 5.2%.Conclusion:The established starch method for determining the content of starch in Carbocisteine tablets.
