以科研促进大学本科教学改革——以发光材料转换发光二极管为例

目前,国内高校大都重视科研,轻视教学,且传统"填鸭式"的教学方式已无法满足当今世界对复合型人才培养的需求.因此,如何通过课程教学改革,提高本科教学质量,是当前亟需解决的问题.本文利用大学生科研创新项目,以发光材料转换发光二极管为研究对象,激发学生的学习激情,加深其对理论基础知识点的理解,有效提高课堂教学与教学质量,进而探究科研对半导体物理与器件课程教学的促进作用.
Using Scientific Research to Improve the Undergraduate Teaching Reform:Taking the Luminescent Material Converted Light Emitting Diode as an Example
Currently,most the universities in China only focus on scientific research and do not pay much attention to teaching.Moreover,the traditional"cramming"teaching technique can not meet the requirements of the training of versatile talent in current world.Therefore,how to improve the quality of the undergraduate teaching through curriculum teaching reform is an urgent problem to be solved at the moment.Via using the university student research innovation project,in which the luminescent material converted light emitting diode(LED)is used as research target,the learning passion of the student is stimulated,which helps to deepen their understanding in basic theoretical knowledge.As a result,the classroom teaching and teaching quality can be efficiently improved,and then explore the role of scientific research in promoting the teaching of semiconductor physics and devices.
