锂离子动力电池充放电过程膨胀行为研究

锂离子动力电池在充放电过程中产生的膨胀力对电池性能、使用寿命乃至安全性将带来严重影响。本文研究了恒间隙和恒压力模式下锂离子电池循环充放电过程的膨胀力、厚度及容量变化规律。结果表明,充放电过程均会引起电池膨胀力、厚度及容量变化。随充放电循环次数增多,膨胀力和厚度均增大,电池容量降低。充放电倍率越大,膨胀力和厚度变化值及上升速率越大。恒压力模式下膨胀力的释放有助于电池厚度变化稳定。
Study on the Swelling Behavior of Lithium-ion Power Batteries during Charging and Discharging Processes
The swelling force generated during the charging and discharging process of lithium-ion power batteries will have a serious impact on the battery performance,service life,and even safety.This paper investigated the changes in swelling force,thickness,and capacity during the cyclic charging and discharging process of lithium-ion batteries under constant spacing and constant pressure modes.The results indicate that the charging and discharging process can cause changes in battery swelling force,thickness,and capacity.With the increase of the cycle number of charges and discharges,the swelling force and thickness both increases and the battery capacity decreases.The higher the charging and discharging rate,the greater the swelling force and thickness variation value,and their rising rate also increase.The release of swelling force under constant pressure mode helps to stabilize changes in battery thickness.
