摘要
目的:考察添加绿色色母对 10 升PET瓶的收缩率的影响.方法:以 10 升PET瓶为研究对象,在室内常温储存环境的条件下,通过对添加了绿色色母和不添加绿色色母的 10 升PET瓶做满口容量对比实验,两者取样存放 6 个月,并每个月对存放PET瓶进行检测并分析其变化趋势.结果:添加绿色色母的10升PET瓶在室内自然温度下满口容量会比10升PET瓶不添加色母满口容量收缩更明显.结论:10升PET添加绿色色母后在相同时间内收缩比例更大.
Abstract
Objective effect of:adding green masterbatch on the shrinkage of 10-liter PET bottle was investigated.Methods:Taking a 10-liter PET bottle as the research object,the full mouth capacity of the 10-liter PET bottle with and without green masterbatch was compared under the indoor storage environment at room temperature.The two bottles were sampled and stored for 6 months,and the stored PET bottles were tested every month and their changing trends were analyzed.Results:The full mouth capacity of 10-liter PET bottle with green masterbatch will shrink more obviously at indoor natural temperature than that of 10-liter PET bottle without masterbatch.Conclusion:The shrinkage ratio of 10 liter PET with green masterbatch is larger in the same time.
