摘要
目的:研究比拉斯汀口服溶液的处方和制备工艺.方法:通过实验确定处方及工艺,采用HPLC法进行含量测定及有关物质检测.结果:比拉斯汀口服溶液的含量符合预期的质量目标和要求,有关物质小于0.2%.
Abstract
Objective:To study the prescription and preparation process of Bilastin oral solution.Method:The prescription and process were determined through experiments,and HPLC method was used for content determination and related substance detection.Results:The content of Bilastin oral solution meets the expected quality objectives and requirements,and the relevant substances are less than 0.2%.
