摘要
选用山茶油和2-乙基己醇为原料,在生物酶催化作用下,合成 2-乙基己醇山茶油脂肪酸酯,通过优化合成条件获得了最佳实验条件:2-乙基己醇和山茶油的质量比为0.5∶1,生物酶催化剂添加量为原料质量的2%,反应温度60℃,反应时间8小时.最终产率能达到94.8%.对所得产品制成化妆品,并对化妆品性能进行了测试,结果表明2-乙基己醇山茶油脂肪酸酯是性能优良的润肤剂.
Abstract
Using camellia oil and 2-ethylhexanol as raw materials,biological enzymes as catalysis,synthesized2-ethylhexanol camellia oil fatty acid esters.The optimal experimental conditions were obtained by optimizing the synthesis conditions:the mass ratio of raw materials to camellia oil was 0.5∶1,The addition amount of biological enzyme catalyst is 2%of the mass of raw materials,the reaction temperature was 60℃,the reaction time was 8 hours.The final yield can reach 94.8%.The 2-ethylhexanol camellia oil fatty acid esters were made into cosmetics,the performance of the cosmetics was tested.The results showed that 2-ethylhexanol camellia oil fatty acid ester is an excellent emollient.
