重金属铅污染土壤修复剂的制备及修复研究

本实验包括用盐酸改性增大纯化海泡石原土的比表面积和孔容,共沉淀法制备磁性海泡石,最后液相还原法负载硫化纳米零价铁,达到功能化磁性海泡石吸附土壤重金属铅(Ⅱ)以及回收效果探究.并探究在不同条件下此修复剂的吸附效果.本实验结果显示,在条件pH=5、温度为 40℃、投加量为0.3 g和反应时间为2 h时,达到本实验最佳条件.此条件下铅重金属去除率达11%.海泡石最高回收率为85%.结果可知,功能化海泡石对土壤铅(Ⅱ)重金属有较好的吸附分离作用.根据此研究表明,海泡石负载硫化纳米零价铁这种材料对土壤重金属铅的吸附有很大的作用,未来有可能在实际应用中研究出更好的铅土壤重金属污染修复剂.
Study on Preparation and Remediation of Remediation Agent for Heavy Metal Lead Contaminated Soil
This experiment includes using hydrochloric acid to modify and increase the specific surface area and pore volume of purified sepiolite original soil,preparing magnetic sepiolite by Co-precipitation method,and finally loading sulfide nano zero valent iron by liquid-phase reduction method,so as to achieve functional magnetic sepiolite adsorption of soil heavy metal lead(Ⅱ)and recovery effect.And explore the adsorption effect of this repair agent under different conditions.The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were reached when the pH=5,the temperature was 40℃,the dosage was 0.3 g and the reaction time was 2 H.Under this condition,the removal rate of lead and heavy metals was 11%.The highest recovery of sepiolite is 85%.The results show that the functionalized sepiolite has a good adsorption and separation effect on soil lead(ⅱ)heavy metals.According to this study,sepiolite loaded sulfide nano zero valent iron has a great effect on the adsorption of heavy metal lead in soil.It is possible to develop better lead soil heavy metal pollution remediation agents in practical application in the future.
