我国水中新污染物拟柱孢藻毒素监测工作进展与管理对策

水中拟柱孢藻毒素(Cylindrospermopsin,CYN)污染问题尚未被纳入我国供水安全管理措施,目前 CYN 在我国尚属于新污染物范畴.我国开展水中 CYN 监测和研究工作起步较晚,CYN 危害及其防控工作尚未得到广泛认识和充分重视.随着拟柱孢藻(Cylindrospermopsis)由热带地区向亚热带和温带地区的扩张,拟柱孢藻水华及其引起的CYN问题在我国尤其是华南地区愈加突出,当前CYN已成为我国华南地区水体中检出频次最高、对供水安全威胁最大的蓝藻毒素,及时推进我国水中CYN监测与防治工作已迫在眉睫.本文总结了当前我国水中CYN监测工作进展和相关标准体系制定情况,剖析了该项重要工作中存在的问题,提出了加快建立和完善CYN相关技术标准体系、大力推进常规监测与预警、加强制度和科技支撑保障等管理对策,以期为相关职能部门的决策和管理提供参考.
Progress and Management Strategies of Cylindrospermopsin Monitoring for Emerging Contaminants in Water in China
The pollution caused by Cylindrospermopsin(CYN)in water has not yet been incorporated into China's water supply safety management measures,and currently,CYN still falls under the category of emerging contaminants in China.The monitoring and research of CYN in China commenced relatively late,and the hazards and prevention of this toxin have not been widely acknowledged or given adequate attention.As Cylindrospermopsis expands from tropical zones to subtropical and temperate zones,the occurrence of Cylindrospermopsis blooms and the subsequent CYN issues have become increasingly pronounced,particularly in southern China.Nowadays,CYN stands as the most frequently detected cyanotoxin in water bodies in southern China,posing the greatest threat to water supply safety.Urgent action is needed to advance timely monitoring and prevention efforts for CYN in China.This article summarizes the progress of CYN monitoring and the development of related standard systems for CYN in China.It examines the issues encountered in this field and offers management strategies,including accelerating the establishment and improvement of technical standard systems related to CYN,promoting routine monitoring and early warning of CYN in water,and strengthening institutional and technological support,providing a reference for decision-making and management of government departments.
