Corrosion Inspection and Protective Recommendations for the SBS Rubber Unit
SBS rubber device is flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful hazardous characteristics.Carry out corrosion analysis of the device,identify the main damage mode,formulate a special corrosion inspection plan,conduct corrosion inspection,rectify the equipment with found problems,and propose corrosion protection measures for the rubber device.According to the corrosion inspection junction,it can be concluded that the corrosion problems of the device are mainly concentrated in the water cooler and condensate tank.According to the corrosion situation found,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the rubber device from three aspects of process anticorrosion,atmospheric corrosion protection and water wall anticorrosion.In order to eliminate the potential safety risks of the rubber device,to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment has a certain reference value.
