摘要

本文对中科污水汽提二系列氨精制塔(T102)的鼓包原因进行了分析.通过对鼓包部位的组织特性、化学成分及金相组织予以分析,并结合现场工艺条件和环境因素,最终确定了鼓包的主要原因为材料选择不当和环境因素.为了防止类似腐蚀的不利影响,提出了材料升级和工艺优化的建议,为酸性水汽提装置的长期安全运行提供有效指导.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the causes of bulging in the Series II Ammonia Rectification Tower(T102)of Zhongke Wastewater Stripping.By examining the tissue properties,chemical composition,and metallographic structure of the bulging area,and considering the on-site process conditions and environmental factors,it was ultimately determined that the main causes of the bulge were improper material selection and environmental factors.To prevent the adverse effects of similar corrosion,material upgrades and process optimizations were proposed to provide effective guidance for the long-term safe operation of the acid steam extraction system.
