摘要

1,4-丁二醇是一种重要的化工原料,其主要的生产方法有顺酐法和雷柏法.本设计提出了一种全新的1,4-丁二醇生产工艺,与传统方法相比,该工艺具备工艺路线简单、反应条件温和、节能环保的优势,同时还能生成高附加值的副产品四氢呋喃.新工艺路线方法的提出为 1,4-丁二醇的生产提供了新的思路,有望在提高生产效率、降低成本和环境影响的同时,增加产品的市场竞争力.这种新的工艺方法有望成为未来1,4-丁二醇生产的重要发展方向.

Abstract

1,4-butanediol is an important chemical raw material,and the main process methods are maleic anhydride process and Leber process.This paper presents a novel process for producing 1,4-butanediol.Compared with the traditional method,the process described in this paper offers several advantages,including a straightforward process route,moderate reaction conditions,energy efficiency,and environmental friendliness and high added value tetrahydrofuran as by-product.The new process method is expected to improve the market competitiveness of the product while improving the production efficiency,reducing the cost and environmental impact.This cutting-edge procedure is anticipated to emerge as a key development direction for the manufacturing of 1,4-butanediol in the forthcoming years.
