Pilot Study on Water Reuse in Acrylonitrile-Containing Rubber Production Wastewater
In this paper, the feasibility of physicochemical(two-alkali hard removal+coagulation and precipitation)+biochemistry(hydrolysis+AAO+MBR)+double membrane method(ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis)combination technology in the production of acrylonitrile rubber with characteristic pollutants produced by nitrile rubber was discussed,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the advanced treatment of rubber wastewater. The results of the pilot operation showed that under the conditions of COD of 2000 mg/L,20 mg/L of acrylonitrile,BOD5 of 450 mg/L and total nitrogen of 110 mg/L,hydrolysis acidification+AAO+MBR effluent COD<0.5 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen<13 mg/L,total nitrogen<16 mg/L,total phosphorus<0.8 mg/L,the reverse osmosis concentrate treated by the double-membrane reclaimed water reuse process met the requirements of the local park sewage treatment plant.Reverse osmosis produced water can be used for secondary reuse by enterprises.
