金属-有机框架(MOFs)是一类新型的荧光传感检测材料.本研究在双配体(L1=4,7-二(4-羧基苯基)苯并噻二唑,L2=4,7-二(4-吡啶基)苯并噻二唑)的存在下,利用水热法与金属离子Cd(Ⅱ)进行自组装,构筑了一例金属有机框架(1-Cd),通过单晶X射线衍射、粉末 X 射线衍射、红外光谱对其结构及组成进行了表征,并将其应用于抗生素荧光检测研究.结果表明,1-Cd 在激发波长为 340 nm下表现出优异的荧光性能,在乙醇溶液中对呋喃西林(NFZ)具有高选择性的检测效果,检测限为 1.068 ppm.在硝基类抗生素检测方面,具有一定的应用价值.
A Benzothiadiazole-based Metal-Organic Framework for Highly Sensitive Sensing Nitrofurazone(NFZ)
One new metal-organic framework(1-Cd)has been obtained from the self-assembly of the heterocycle ligand L1 with Cd(Ⅱ)metal ion,in the presence of L2 coligand.1-Cd shows an intense emission at 340 nm when dispersed in EtOH solvent.Compared with the other antibiotics,NFZ shows significant quenching effect on the fluorescence intensity for 1-Cd,with LOD of 1.068 ppm.The detection results indicate that 1-Cd is an ideal fluorescence sensor with good detection performance for NFZ in EtOH.
