二元有机酸pKa值的测定基于有机酸分析及醋酸电位滴定实验的改进

有机酸分析、醋酸的电位滴定两个实验被许多高校列为分析实验项目.鉴于存在实验内容过于简单、实验仪器大班开放难以人手一套的问题,本文对两个实验项目进行了创新设计与改进:结合科研成果,改进了电位滴定测定pKa的全过程跟踪为三点测定,节省了仪器使用时间,实现了同学独立实验、合用实验仪器,解决了仪器台套数不足的难题;设计了基于基本概念、原理、计算推演实验结果,实现了二元有机弱酸的浓度及 pKa 的测定,解决了理论与实验脱节的现象,解决了理论与应用脱节的问题,提升了实验教学的难度、挑战度和创新性,激发了学生求本溯源的学习态度.
The Improvement of the Experiment Items pKa Determination of Binary Organic Acid based on Analysis of Organic Acid and Potentiometric Titration of Acetic Acid
Analysis of organic acid and potentiometric titration of acetic acid were chosen as experiment item in Analytical chemistry laboratory course.The experiment content is simple and the number of experimental instruments is insufficient,so the innovative design and improvement have been carried out in this paper.Combined with the scientific research results,the whole process tracking of potentiometric titration determination of pKa was improved to three-point determination,which saved the time of using the instrument,realized the independent experiment of students and shared experimental instruments,and solved the problem of insufficient number of instrument sets.Design based on the basic concept,principle,and calculation and reasoning,which induced the binary organic weak acid concentration and the determination of pKa was realized.So the disconnection phenomenon between theory and experiment and the problem of the theory and application were solved.The difficulty,degree of challenge and creativity were improved in the course of the experiment teaching and studying,which induced the student sense of learning attitude was inspired.
