The Research and Reform of the Optimized Teaching of Professional Courses under the mode of Industry-Education-Innovation-Integration-Education:Taking the Principle of Polymer Material Forming as an Example
With the rapid development of science and technology, enterprises need more and more talents with innovative skills. In view of the common difficulties that innovation education is not closely integrated with professional education in most colleges and universities, and is out of touch with the development of industry, this paper puts forward the educational model of"Industry-education-innovation and integration".This mode is the only way for application-oriented universities to actively integrate into the industrial transformation and upgrading and innovation-driven development,to enhance the endogenous motivation of talent training quality and to adapt to the development of the times.Taking the course of polymer material forming principle for composite material major as an example, from the aspects of the optimization of the curriculum system and the research of the subject core quality, the reconstruction of the curriculum teaching content, the innovation of the classroom teaching mode and teaching method, the innovation of the practical education, the reform of the curriculum assessment and evaluation mechanism, etc.,the curriculum has been optimized and reformed. It is mainly embodied in keeping the teaching contents updated and keeping pace with the times, closely following the research progress and cutting-edge knowledge, carrying out the combination of production technology and production examples, and combining practical teaching with theoretical teaching. The goal is to improve the overall quality of students, the formation of knowledge, skills and ability of the unity. To explore the way to promote the integration of production and teaching, creative and creative talents,so as to provide new ideas for the high-quality development of application-oriented colleges and universities.
