摘要

环境微生物学实验课程是环境类专业本科学生的基础核心课程.目前的实验课内容主要是基础验证性实验,学生学习的积极性不高、缺乏主动性,不利于学生科研能力和实践能力的培养.本文以亚硒酸盐还原菌的分离、纯化和应用课题为例,设计了学生自主设计探究性的实验课程,并且对其进行了探讨.该课程实验融入了环境微生物学实验课程的基础操作,并将课本知识和实际热点问题进行了有机结合,促进学生深入掌握微生物专业知识和技能,激发学生自主学习的兴趣和热情,培养学生的科研和实践能力.

Abstract

Environmental microbiology experiment course is the basic and core course for undergraduate students majoring in environmental science and engineering.At present,the laboratory course mainly consists of basic confirmatory experiments.Nevertheless,students'enthusiasm for learning the basic course is not high and they lack initiative,which is not beneficial for cultivating students'scientific research and practical abilities.In this paper,we design a comprehensive laboratory course named"Isolation,Purification and Application of Selenite-Reducing Bacteria"to encourage students to independently design and complete inquiry experiments.This course integrates the basic skills together and combines the textbook knowledge with the hot issues.This can promote students to deeply master the professional knowledge and skills of microbiology,stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm for independent learning,and cultivate students'scientific research and practical ability.
