脱硫石膏中重金属浸出特性研究

以燃煤电厂脱硫石膏为研究对象,对脱硫石膏中的主要重金属进行浸出分析,研究不同溶液对脱硫石膏中重金属浸出特性进行考察,考察溶液种类、浓度、温度和反应时间对脱硫石膏中重金属浸出的影响,研究表明盐酸溶液对脱硫石膏中的重金属浸出效果较好,最佳条件下(盐酸浓度1.2 mol/L;反应温度60℃,反应时间60 min)主要重金属的浸出率均在50%以上,其中Cu、Zn、Cr、Pb、Cd的浸出率均在 85%以上,分别为86.22%、89.25%、91.45%、91.42%和 87.56%,为脱硫石膏资源化打下了很好的基础.
Research on the Occurrence Status and Leaching Characteristics of Heavy Metals in Desulfurization Gypsum
Taking desulfurization gypsum from coal-fired power plants as the research object,the leaching analysis of the main heavy metals in desulfurization gypsum was conducted.The leaching characteristics of heavy metals in desulfurization gypsum were investigated with different solutions.The effects of solution type,concentration,temperature,and reaction time on the leaching of heavy metals in desulfurization gypsum were investigated.The study showed that hydrochloric acid solution had a good leaching effect on heavy metals in desulfurization gypsum.Under the optimal conditions(hydrochloric acid concentration of 1.2 mol/L;reaction temperature of 60℃,reaction time of 60 min),the leaching rates of the main heavy metals were all above 50%.The leaching rates of Cu,Zn,Cr,Pb,and Cd were all above 85%,86.22%,89.25%,91.45%,91.42%,and 87.56%,respectively,which is conducive to the resource utilization of desulfurization gypsum.I have laid a good foundation.
