Research on Teacher's Learning Community in China:Development trends,research themes,and prospects
This study used Citespace to conduct a comprehensive statistical analysis of research results on teachers'learning community in China in the past two decades by collecting literature from the"Core Journal"and"CSSCI"databases of CNKI.It found that the overall research on teachers'learning communities in China has been on the rise.Specifically,there has been deeper and more professional exploration of teacher learning community theories,research frameworks,and operational mechanisms.Recent researches put a high premium on the exploration of collaborative learning,foreign language teachers,rural teachers,shared vision,and teacher learning.Future research could focus on how to stimulate teacher's initiative and participation so as to promote mutual progress,how to optimize external resources so as to improve the efficiency of learning community,and how to expand research boundary to facilitate the contemporaneity of learning community..
