智能时代高水平师范大学研究型教师培养的路径研究

随着人工智能的发展,提高中小学生的创新能力是我国教育面临的重大问题.高水平师范大学应发挥引领示范作用,改革教学模式,培养研究型教师.首先要将教学和科研并举,兼顾师范生的教学能力与科研能力;在课程设置上要建立以培养教师研究能力为核心的课程体系,压缩课程总量,增加研究方法课程;在教学方法上,高水平师范大学应从以教师教为主转变为以学生学为主,兴建小班讨论教室,成立写作指导中心,引导学生更多地阅读、讨论、思考和写作,提升教师的科研素养.
Research on the Approach of High Level Normal Universities Training Research-oriented Teachers in the Intelligent Era
With the development of artificial intelligence,Chinese education is facing important problem to improve the creativity of primary and secondary schools'students.High-level normal universities should play a leading and exemplary role in reforming teaching models,and training research-oriented teachers.Firstly,we need to balance teaching and research,taking into account the teaching and research abilities of normal students;In terms of curriculum design,it is necessary to establish a core curriculum system that centres on training teachers'research abilities,compress the total number of courses,and to increase the number of research methods courses.In terms of teaching methods,high-level normal universities suppose to change from teacher-oriented to student-oriented,to build small class discussion classrooms,and to set up writing centers in guilding students'reading,thinking,discussing and writing as much as possible to enhance the scientific research literacy of teachers.
