Research on the Cultivation Path of General-Application-Oriented Primary School Teachers from the Perspective of Bourdieu Field Theory
There have been more than 10 years of theoretical and practical exploration on the training of general primary school teachers in our country,and the results are quite abundant,which provides the basic teacher guarantee for the basic education field in our country to a certain extent.However,in the process of deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of basic education and continuously promoting the balanced development of compulsory education,there are still many difficulties,especially in the connotation interpretation and cultivation path,there are some deviations.The education field of"general-application-oriented"primary school teachers converts cultural capital,professional capital,social capital and human capital into each other according to the field logic,and uses the habitus principle of the field to promote the resource reconstruction of their own education system,the reform of the education system and the adjustment of the education mode,and strives to explore and optimize the cultivation path of"general-application-oriented"primary school teachers.
