From the Perspective of Governance Theory,the Governance Dilemma of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities and its Transcendence
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the innovation-driven development strategy,build a team of high-quality young teachers,and achieve the goal of educating people in colleges and universities,based on the governance subject,governance power,and public interest of governance theory,this paper analyzes the current governance of young teachers in colleges and universities,which has the problems of limited governance synergy under the centralized leadership of a single subject,impure academic vitality under the neglect of teachers'development needs,and insufficient motivation for education under the weak mission of education,and the fundamental reason is the lack of effectiveness of the subject's independent participation in governance.The difficulty of confronting the powerful forces of academia and administration,as well as the influence of individual rational ideas and codes of conduct.Therefore,it is suggested that education authorities,universities,young teachers,and multiple subjects in society should consult and co-govern and build a cooperative governance network.Balance the authority of the main field,respond to the development needs of young teachers,and stimulate the academic vitality of young teachers;Strengthen the drive of public interests and practice the mission of educating people in the new era,in order to provide a reference for the governance of young teachers in colleges and universities.
