教师为维护考场秩序对违纪学生进行管教,一个把学生从座位上拉起来站立的行为导致自身受到处分,也引发了人们对教师工作职责、权益保护、尊严、职业地位等方面的各种争议.通过对教师行为、学生行为、学校管理及教育行政的法治审视,从依法治教角度来说,教师需要提升依法执教的能力,但学校和教育行政部门更应该引以为戒,依法建立健全教育惩戒制度,保护师生权益,落实学校办学自主权,才能有效落实教育惩戒规则.
What are Teachers worried about:A CaseStudy of Educational Discipline
A teacher disciplined students who violated discipline in order to maintain order during examination,and his behavior of pulling a student up from his seat caused himself to be punished.The incident has caused various disputes about teachers'job responsibility,rights protection,dignity and professional status.By examining the rule of law in teacher behavior,student behavior,school management,and educational administration and from the perspective of education administration by law,teachers need to improve their ability to teach according to the law,but schools and education authorities should take warning,establish and improve the educational punishment system in accordance with the law,protect the rights and interests of teacher and student,and implement autonomy in running schools.Therefore,educational punishment rules can be effectively implemented.
