What,How,and Where:Future Direction of China's Educator's Spirit
Educator's spirit is the ideal map and the latest requirement for the construction of China's contemporary high-quality teacher team.In order to promote the spirit of educators in the new era,it is necessary to review the existing studies and clarify the current status and achievements of the research on the spirit of educators,so as to provide a basis and possibility for promoting the in-depth study of the spirit of educators at the theoretical level and the vigorous promotion of the spirit of educators at the practical level.Based on the current situation,we should uphold the concept of integrating the past and the present,and promote the organic integration of the spirit of educators into the existing teacher education training quality,training platform and evaluation system,so as to guide the practice of teacher education and serve to improve the quality of the teaching force.Looking ahead,we should look at the cultivation of the spirit of educator outside of teacher education,and lead the promotion and development of the spirit of educator by helping to build the discourse system of Chinese pedagogy,practicing the connotative"bringing in"and high-quality"going out",and consolidating the foundation of talents for the cause of a strong nation in education.The spirit of educator is the future direction to lead the promotion and development of educator's spirit,and to provide strong support for the cultivation of high-quality teachers and the construction of a strong education country.
