Policy Analysis on the Training Mode of Normal University Students'Integration of Master and Student Based on Multi-source Theory
With the acceleration of the integration construction of teacher education and the continuous development of economy and society,the current country has higher and higher requirements for the academic qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers,and the integrated training policy of normal university students is an important measure to make full use of the educational resources of college teachers and carry out high-level future teacher training.With the help of multi-source theory,this study makes an in-depth interpretation of the university-master integration training mode of normal university students from the perspectives of problem source,policy source and political source,and concludes that there are some problems in the current training mode,such as insufficient participation of comprehensive universities,poor connection between the university-master and the university,and insufficient interdisciplinary talent training.Finally,through Central administrative organs to further promote the participation of high-level comprehensive universities in teacher education,schools at all levels to explore a new model of diversified undergraduate and graduate training,and local governments to build a long-term mechanism to ensure practical effects to open a new round of policy Windows.
