Regional Practice of Integration of Teaching,Research and Training:Origin,Paths and Strategies
The innovation and reform of teacher education under the background of digital transformation are hot topics at present.This study proposes the integration of teaching,research and training under the support of the training support community as a solution to the development of regional teachers.Based on the theory of adult learning,this paper analyses the characteristics of teacher learning.Based on the system theory,this paper expounds the relationship among teaching,research and training,and discusses the necessity of the integration of teaching,research and training.The implementation model of the integration of teaching,research and training was constructed,and action research was conducted with the support of the research support community.Several basic strategies were distilled from practice,including constructing an activity sequence of experimental interaction based on systematic thinking and empathy consciousness;based on conceptual methods and technological guidance,building a support system for student learning;based on team collaboration and research&training support,promoting the continuous occurrence of reflective practice;based on environmental construction and data empowerment,facilitating the continuous expansion of students'experience;based on self-reflection and expert guidance,fostering the formation of students'practical wisdom.This study is devoted to exploring innovative methods in teacher training paths,intending to provide replicable and propagable practical experience for teachers'professional development.
