绩效工资制度体现了经济因素对我国高等教育的影响.实行绩效工资制度能有效发挥绩效工资分配的激励导向作用,已经成为国内高校的普遍选择.辅导员作为高校教师的一部分,实行绩效工资制度不仅必要而且重要.但当前高校辅导员的绩效工资主要基于教科研业绩,不利于立德树人根本任务的实现.高校辅导员具有鲜明的中国特色,建国70多年的实践证明,他们已然成为贯彻党的教育方针、实施大学生思想政治教育、维护学校安全稳定的重要依靠力量.在高校实行绩效工资制度的大背景下,立足辅导员岗位特点,优化绩效管理各个环节,对激发这支队伍的工作热情,提升高校育人质量,落实立德树人根本任务具有重要的意义,应给予足够的重视.
Rational thinking on the implementation of performance-based salary system for college counselors
The performance-based salary system reflects the impact of economic factors on the country's higher education.The implementation of the performance-based salary system can effectively play the incentive-oriented role of the performance-based salary distribution,and has become a common choice for domestic colleges and universities.As a part of college teachers,counselors are not only necessary but also important to implement performance-based salary system.However,the current performance salary of college counselors is mainly based on teaching and scientific research performance,which is not conducive to the realization of the fundamental task of"Establish morality and cultivate talents".College counselors have distinct Chinese characteristics.The practice of more than 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China has proved that they have become an important force to carry out the Party's educational policy,implement the ideological and political education of college students,and maintain the safety and stability of schools.Under the background of the implementation of the performance-based salary system in colleges and universities,optimizing all aspects of performance management based on the characteristics of counselors'positions is of great significance to stimulate the enthusiasm of the team,improve the quality of education in colleges and universities,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,so it should be paid enough attention to.
