Research on the Strategic Deviation and Optimization Path of Professionalization Construction of College Counselors
This research uses Nvivo 12to conduct a study on the construction plan of 25"double first-class"universities to promote the construction of counselor team.The current counselor team construction has some common defects such as featureless text contents,poor coordination of executive bodies,poor operability of counselor ability improvement measures,and unscientific nature of counselor career promotion measures.To further optimize the path of professionalized construction of counselors,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design to realize the change of text contents from"one-size-fits-all"to"all flowers blooming together";improve the collaborative linkage mechanism and promote executive bodies from"segmentation"to"coordinated linkage";build a growth and development platform to enable the construction of professional and professional counselors;break the barriers of career promotion,and realize the development of the counselor team from"double dilemma"to"double promotion".
