Exploring the Implementation Method of Autonomous Course Selection in Teacher Training
Autonomous course selection in teacher training is of great significance in promoting the development of teacher personality,improving training effectiveness,and resolving supply-demand conflicts.Some provinces and cities have carried out practical activities in this area,accumulating valuable experience,but there are also some shortcomings.On the basis of summarizing existing experience,the article proposes that the autonomous selection of courses can be achieved offline by selecting training programs,providing opportunities for course selection during project implementation,and organizing training classes according to the courses selected by students.Online can be achieved through live streaming and online courses,and informal methods such as online learning platforms and educational training institutions can also be utilized.
