Design of Creative Teaching Behavior Evaluation Scale for Middle School Teachers and Analysis of Influencing Factors
Teachers'creative teaching behavior is the decisive factor for the development of students'creativity,and the analysis of the influencing factors of teachers'creative teaching behavior aims to develop students'creativity.Based on the adaptation of the maturity scale of Xiao Jiachun and Tu Zhixian,according to the opinions of the scale items on the draft form of the expert opinion form,as well as a large number of repeated practical experience,through exploratory factor analysis,it is found that the questionnaire can be composed of four dimensions:"self-efficacy","behavior intention","thinking performance"and"interactive decision-making".The scale developed on the basis of the"Questionnaire on Creative Teaching Behavior of Secondary School Teachers"has good reliability and validity,and has a good fit.In order to actively respond to the challenges brought about by the implementation of creative teaching in the school field and improve the creative teaching behavior of middle school teachers,it is necessary to build an enlightening platform for teachers'knowledge transfer,expand the creative field of teachers'professional development,and enhance the creative experience of teachers'teaching practice.
