A multi-dimensional interpretation of the time anxiety dilemma of female college teachers in the context of intelligent education
The shift from traditional education to intelligent education in colleges and universities has caused new changes in the education and teaching environment,educational philosophy,teaching skills,educational evaluation,educational management,educational services,etc.,and has also caused the time anxiety dilemma of college teachers.This paper deeply examines the problem of the times from three aspects:"deep predicament","tracing the roots"and"using time in a way",and puts forward the uniqueness of the time anxiety dilemma of female college teachers,which is mainly manifested in self-development time,social responsibility time,quality of life time,This paper points out the four major sources of the dilemma of time anxiety among female college teachers:the tension between the desire for order in life and the weak sense of control over life,the tension between the expansion of human living space and the shrinking of time,the choice between good and better choices rather than the care of history and reality,and the opposition between quantifiable time(passive)and quality of life time(active).From the perspective of intelligent society,time anxiety is one of the manifestations of human ideological crisis in the context of intelligent education,and there is a deep examination of employment,security and survival significance behind it.
