To deepen the investigation and research on the construction of military teachers in general colleges and universities under the background of National Defense Education:A Case Study of Chongqing
Under the strategy of"Deepening national defense education for all"and"Strengthening National Defense Mobilization and reserve force construction",the improvement of college students'national defense literacy has become an important task.Military course is an important carrier of scientific and systematic national defense education for college students.The situation of the military class teachers directly affects the effect of the military class implementation.However,there are still many problems in the construction of military teachers,such as the relative decentralization of organization and management,the need to improve the level of specialization,and the lack of sound training mechanism.In the light of the outstanding problems,we can start with strengthening the organization and management,strengthening the construction of the troops and perfecting the training mechanism,effectively improve the teaching quality of military courses and the military literacy of university students,so as to provide the army with more sources of high-quality soldiers,to provide strong manpower support for the reserve forces of national defense.
