The Challenges and Strategies of Using the PAD Class Mode in the Teacher Education Curriculum
Teacher training is an important part of undergraduate education,and teacher education courses are the core part of teacher training.Facing the insufficiency of traditional teacher education curriculum teaching methods,the PAD class mode is in line with the requirements of the new era teacher education curriculum in terms of curriculum characteristics,content,assessment,and extension.However,in the practice of using the PAD class mode,there are also confrontations:too much discussion part may obliterate the systematic knowledge,and the single form of discussion may cause students to burnout,inefficiency group cooperation may reduce the quality of learning,and the absorption of internalization may increase the burden on students.It is recommended to help continuous improvement of teaching by updating and expanding the corresponding links in the process of using the PAD class mode.
