Research on Alumni Work at Normal Universities in the New Era—A Case Study of the Work Practice and Exploration of the Alumni at Normal Universities
To solve the problem of resource shortage and insufficient investment in higher education,we must adhere to innovation,keep pace with The Times,and require the participation of all social parties and the help of alumni resources.Alumni resources are closely related to the construction and development of the university,and are the most reliable and valuable resources for the development of university education,so the work of alumni is particularly important.The positive interaction between normal universities and alumni in the new era is not only conducive to the survival and development of normal colleges and their alumni,but also beneficial to promoting the prosperity of national education.Based on the practice and exploration of the alumni work in a deployed normal university,this paper points out the weakness and difficulties in the current alumni work,as well as summarize practical work experience and laws,and propose new ideas for future work exploration.
