新时代高校教师职业道德的失范及匡正

弘扬高尚师德是对高校教师在新时代办好人民满意的高等教育、发展社会主义科学文化事业的基本要求.高校教师的高尚师德不仅包括依据宪法法律、教育政策积极履行教师义务的政治素质和专业品德,也包括主动承担社会责任和行为世范的高尚公民品德.现阶段,部分高校教师存在着漠视政治素质、轻视教书育人、违反学术规范、丧失个人操守等师德失范的情况,这不仅给学生带来严重负面影响,还阻碍了我国新时代高等教育事业发展,不利于社会主义现代化强国建设.为保证高校教师具备崇高的职业道德,应当在主体与组织两个维度的基础上,从个体、群体、学校和社会四个层面构建立体多元、系统健全的"软法"约束机制,包括加强教师自身素质修养,提升教师管理与服务水平,建设高校教师道德共同体,优化社会评价与监督机制.
OnThe Anomie and Correction of Teachers'Professional Ethics in Colleges and Universities in the New Era
The university teachers who carry forward the noble ethics are the key force to run the higher education satisfactorily and develop the socialist scientific and cultural cause in the new era.The professional ethics of college teachers include not only the political caliber and professional morality of actively performing the duties of teachers according to the Constitution,laws and education policies,it also includes taking the initiative to assume social responsibility and behaving in a noble civic character.At present,some teachers in colleges and universities ignore political caliber,neglect teaching,violate academic norms,lose personal ethics and other professional ethics,which not only brings serious negative effects on students,but also hinders the development of higher education in the new era of our country,which is not conducive to the construction of a modern socialist power.In order to ensure that college teachers have high professional ethics,a multi-dimensional,systematic and sound"soft law"restraint mechanism should be constructed from the four levels of individual,group,school and society on the basis of the two dimensions of subject and organization,including strengthening teachers'self-quality cultivation,improving teachers'management and service level,building a moral community of college teachers,and optimizing the social evaluation and supervision mechanism.
