The Institutional Logic,Realistic Dilemmas,and Practical Approaches for Strengthening the Performance Management of Normal University Students
The public education policy for normal college students is an important measure to guide the flow of excellent teachers to less-developed areas and promote the balanced development of education by taking public education training and employment security as the driving force,contract signing and public responsibility as the supervision.Since its implementation,it has played a positive demonstration effect in promoting educational equity,the development of public education and the balanced development of education quality.In the process of the implementation of the public education policy for normal college students,many practical problems such as the gap in personal thought and understanding,the lack of responsibility and the unclear career planning have gradually emerged,which limits the effective play of the policy effectiveness.By emphasizing value guidance,strengthening compliance education,and focusing on career development,normal university should continuously enhance the internal drive,core attraction and long-term motivation of normal students to fulfill the commitment and teach,so as to promote the construction of high-level teacher education system.
