Exploring Practical Approaches to Enhancing the Learning Experience and Evaluation of Teacher Education Curriculum for Students Teacher——Taking C University in Shaanxi province as an Example
Teacher education curriculums are compulsory for students teacher,playing a crucial role in cultivating students'educational literacy,teaching skills,and professional spirit,which are essential for embarking on a future career as educators.This study investigates the degree of cognition,attitudes towards learning,and evaluation of teacher education curriculum among 357 students teacher at C University in Shaanxi Province,China.The results indicate that the majority of students teacher attach great importance to the curriculums,express high satisfaction with their learning experiences,exhibit proactive attitudes towards learning,and are generally satisfied with the teaching effectiveness and assessment methods,while also expressing a desire for diversified teaching,learning,and evaluation approaches.Recommendations include strengthening basic resources for relevant courses at universities,diversifying methods for evaluating teaching effectiveness,encouraging teachers to innovate in curriculum design to stimulate students teachers'interest in learning,and fostering preservice teachers'awareness of self-directed learning to continuously enhance their professional competence,thus laying the foundation for becoming"four-good"teachers.
