担任银龄教师是当前很多高校优秀退休教师后的新选项.通过对"二次"成为银龄教师的多个案分析发现,契合国家需求、奉献西部教育以及符合自身生涯规划,是这些银龄教师抉择的前提;理性应对受援高校教育需求、科学确立银龄教师身份、有效沟通援派高校相关部门,能够有效建构银龄教师身份.为此,高校银龄教师正着力建构成为青年教师的关怀者、学生成长的引路人、学校发展的助推者、区域文化的创新者以及自身发展的反思者.这为新时代银龄教师相关政策研制及后续实施提供了宝贵经验与重要启示.
Becoming Silver age teachers:the choice,identification and construction of the identity of retired teachers in universities——Based on the case analysis of silver aged teachers in"secondary"universities
Becoming a silver teacher is a new option for many outstanding retired teachers in colleges and universities.Through the case analysis of"twice"silver age teachers,it is found that meeting the national needs,contributing to western education and conforming to their own career planning are the prerequisites for these silver age teachers to choose;rationally responding to the educational needs of the recipient universities,scientifically establishing the identity of silver age teachers,and effectively communicating with the relevant departments of the recipient universities can effectively construct the identity of silver age teachers.For this reason,the silver age teachers in colleges and universities are trying to become the care giver of young teachers,the guide of students'growth,the booster of school development,the innovator of regional culture and the reflector of their own development.This provides valuable experience and important inspiration for the development and subsequent implementation of relevant policies for silver age teachers in the new era.
