Construction of"one-stop"student community culture education system in normal colleges:An exploration of value,dilemma and strategy
Cultural development plays a vital role in the process of socialist modernization,and cultural education also occupies a dominant position in the work of college education in the new era,which is an important starting point for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people and opening up the"three full education".As an important link and approach in the ideological and political education system of colleges and universities,the construction of the cultural education system in the"one-stop"student community is an effective supplement and improvement of the five education in colleges and universities.However,there are some problems in the establishment of"one-stop"student community culture education system in colleges and universities,such as insufficient cultural resources,imperfect community management mechanism and insufficient cultural brand building,especially in the current situation and vision of student community culture education in normal colleges.Based on the above problems,this paper takes normal colleges as the starting point,and puts forward a five-in-one"one-stop"student community culture education system construction practice strategy,which is"party building guidance,subject creation,resource sinking,teacher settlement,technology empowerment"to create a good cultural education atmosphere in the student community,and effectively improve the effectiveness of"one-stop"student community culture education.
