Under the background of the"double reduction"policy,the professional quality of the teachers is the key to the implementation of the policy.In the learning society that attaches great importance to lifelong learning,the improvement of teacher quality is based on and supported by teacher learning ability.In the actual situation,the development of teacher learning ability is facing various difficulties,and the learning ability is weak.Teachers are mainly faced with heavy workload that occupies time and energy,rigid teacher cultivation and interactive mode that suppresses the development of learning ability,low resource integration and weak support force in the learning environment and other factors that restrict the development of learning ability.It is necessary to awaken the endogenous emotion of teachers to get incentive,innovate the cultivation and interaction mode to empower them,develop and integrate resources to optimize learning supply,and improve the corresponding system to provide support.Four paths are jointly guaranteed to ensure the development of teacher learning ability.
