治贫先治愚、扶贫先扶智,要想从根本解决直过民族地区的贫困问题最重要的还是从教育着手,注重学前教育的高质量发展.而高质量的学前教师教育是支持学前教育发展的核心,但直过民族地区由于其特殊的地理位置以及滞后的经济发展水平,面临着教师教育缺乏现代化培训、引才留才困难、数字教育发展滞后等诸多困境,而要突破其发展困境关键需要强化师资一体化职业学前教师培养体系、推动数字教学资源优质均衡分配、提供多方位激励政策引才并留才、推动政策因地制宜地执行.
The retardation and relief of high quality development of preschool teacher education inthe directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups areas
If we want to control poverty,we must first eliminate ignorance,and if we want to alleviate poverty,we must first foster wisdom.In order to solve the problem of poverty in the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups areas,the most important thing is to start from education and pay attention to the high-quality development of preschool education.High-quality preschool teacher education is the core to support the development of preschool education.However,due to its special geographical location and lagging economic development level,the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups areas are faced with many difficulties such as lack of modern teacher education training,difficulty in attracting and retaining talents,and lagging development of digital education.To break through its development dilemma,the key is to strengthen the training system of integrated vocational preschool teachers,promote the high-quality and balanced distribution of digital teaching resouces,provide multi-directional incentive policies to attract and retain talents,and promote the implementation of policies according to local conditions.
