地方高校思政课青年教师教学胜任力提升对策研究

随着教育部按照师生比核定专职思政课教师岗位的要求逐渐落实,高校思政课青年教师数量不断增加,呈现出独特的群体画像.高校思政课青年教师群体表现出数字化适应能力强、专业精深且说理性强、善于运用青年群体话语表达等教学胜任力优势,但是也面临着教学内容在供需错位情境下转化难、知识体系窄化和通识储备不足的双重挑战;因政治辨识力不足而出现的教学避责行为等现实困境.应构建"引领—助力—内驱"的提升路径,助力高校思政课青年教师教学胜任力提升.
Research on Strategies for Enhancing the Teaching Competence of Young Teachers in College Ideological and Political Education Courses
With the gradual implementation of the requirements of the Ministry of Education to approve full-time ideological and political teachers according to the teacher-student ratio,the number of young ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is increasing,presenting a unique group portrait.The group of young teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities shows their teaching competence advantages,such as strong digital adaptability,profound professional and rational,good at using the discourse expression of young people,etc.However,they are also faced with the dual challenges of difficult transformation of teaching content under the situation of mismatching supply and demand,narrow knowledge system and insufficient general knowledge reserve,and the practical dilemma of teaching avoidance behavior due to insufficient political discernment.It is necessary to build a path of"leading-helping-internal drive"to improve the teaching competence of young teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
