在人工智能时代,智能技术在教育中的应用对教师素养、角色提出了新的要求和挑战.教师的情感能力是区别于人工智能的重要能力之一.职前教育阶段,师范生情感能力培养对促进其职业认同、凸显育人角色具有重要的现实意义.为了防范师范生情感识别唯数据化、情感表达媒介化、情感调控非理智化、情感运用理想化等问题风险,我们要认识到智能技术的不足,并发挥人工智能优势,通过加强认知训练、拓宽沟通渠道、深化情感教育、开发多元情境等路径培养师范生情感能力.
Cultivation ofEmotional Ability of Normal Studentsin the Context ofArtificial Intelligence
In the era of artificial intelligence,the application of intelligent technology in education has put forward new requirements and challenges to teachers'literacy and roles.Teachers'emotional ability is one of the important abilities that are different from artificial intelligence.At the stage of pre-service education,the cultivation of emotional ability of normal university students has important practical significance to promote their professional identity and highlight their role of education.In order to prevent the risk of normal university students'emotion recognition being data-only,emotion expression being media,emotion regulation being irrational,and emotion application being idealized,we should recognize the deficiency of intelligent technology,give full play to the advantages of artificial intelligence,and cultivate the emotional ability of normal university students by strengthening cognitive training,broadening communication channels,deepening emotional education,and developing multiple situations.
