The influence mechanism of excellent educational films on the professional identity of normal university students——The mediating role of professional self-efficacy
Excellent educational films have practical value in the formation of the professional identity of normal school students,and can lay the ideological foundation for the cultivation of teachers with the spirit of educators.Taking the normal students of Y Normal University as the research object,based on the preliminary experimental research and grounded theory analysis,this paper constructs the theoretical model of the interaction between career self-efficacy and normal students'professional identity,and the theoretical model of the effect of alternative experience on normal students'professional identity through career self-efficacy.The results show that the introduction of excellent educational films into the training system of normal students has multiple values and important significance.Based on the conclusions of the study,the relevant educational decision-making departments should strengthen the policy guidance and organizational leadership,local normal colleges should build film and television courses and project systems with local characteristics,and encourage normal students to independently select and appreciate excellent educational films,and a series of suggestions are put forward to exert the value of excellent films in the construction of teachers.
