From"Entering the Local"to"Making a Difference":Challenges and Breakthroughs in the Development of the New Generation of Rural Teachers
Affected by the trend of urbanization in school education,the new generation of rural teachers are prone to a sense of alienation and discomfort from rural education,and face the dilemma of"entering the countryside"development.This study adopts the interview method to conduct in-depth interviews with some new generation rural teachers.The NIVIVO12plus software is used to code and analyze the interview data,summarize the development difficulties of new generation rural teachers'"going to the countryside",and use ERG needs theory and field theory to analyze the reasons for the difficulties and explore ways to break through the difficulties.On the one hand,the new generation of rural teachers should focus on understanding local culture,adapting to rural education,and firmly believing in rural education;On the other hand,we should vigorously promote the spirit of educators,guide and support the new generation of rural teachers to strive to grow into"new talents"in rural society.
